Trying to figure out what is or isn’t covered by your dental insurance plan can be confusing. Every insurance plan is different and our office staff can help you decipher your coverage and what charges are your responsibility to pay.

We accept all PPO Insurance and we’re an ‘in-network’ dental office within all Delta Dental Premier carriers. If you do not currently have insurance, please contact us to discuss your options.

Do I need to be a few minutes early to my appointment?

If you’re a new patient, you can speed up the intake process by completing the online forms above before you arrive for your appointment. If you don’t have the forms filled out in advance, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you have sufficient time to complete the forms here.

If you’re already part of the NJ Laser Dentistry family, and we already have your information, you just need to arrive a couple minutes early so that we can check you into our system and let the doctors know you have arrived.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

If you’re a new patient, complete the forms above before your appointment. Also bring your identification and insurance information.

Will I be okay to drive after my appointment?

For most procedures you will be able to drive with no impairments.

How do I request an appointment?

Simply complete our online form and provide us with the day and two times that work best for you, and we’ll contact you shortly to confirm that those times are available.

How long will my appointment take?

Most appointments take about an hour from the time you arrive, but the exact time really depends on your specific needs and the procedure you’re getting. Be sure to confirm the length of your appointment at the time of booking.
